Celebration Children's Center is a licensed childcare center in Canastota, NY. We are licensed by the New York State Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) and must comply with all of their regulations. A copy of the regulations is posted on the Parent Information Bulletin Board as well as on the OCFS website www.ocfs.state.ny.us. Some of these regulations will be cited throughout this handbook. The contact information for our licensing representative is also posted on our Parent Information Board (located in the main hallway).
